For superintendents and crews

Golf course issue tracking, pinned to the course itself.

The wet spot behind 7 green gets described three different ways in three different texts. With Course Correct your crew pins it on the 3D course instead, with a photo, a priority, an owner, and a due date, and works every open item from one board.

01

Pin the problem where it is

Staff mark an issue on the 3D hole at the spot it happens. The pin stays on the course, so the next person sees where, and not only what.

Each issue carries a title and description, a category, a priority from low to urgent, an assignee, a due date, and photos. Categories cover turf, drainage, irrigation, equipment, and items to watch.

Comments keep the discussion on the issue, with @mentions for the people who need to see it, and a timeline records what changed and when.

02

One board for the whole course

Every issue on every hole lands on the same board.

  • See what is open and what is late

Views for open, overdue, and all issues, with status moving from open to in progress to resolved.

  • Filter down to the job

Filter by priority, category, assignee, or hole, show only your own, and search and sort the rest.

  • Update in bulk

Change the status of several issues at once, with undo.

  • Take it with you

Export the board to CSV, or print a punch list for a hole.

  • Nothing lost

A deleted issue goes to the archive and can be restored.

03

On the same ground as everything else

Because issues sit on the twin, they sit on its terrain layers too. A wet area that keeps coming back can be read against the flow paths that feed it, and a worn bank against its slope class. See slope and drainage mapping.

The same model carries the measuring tools, so an issue can come with a distance or a grade and not an estimate. See renovation planning.

04

Who uses it, and where

Issue tracking sits behind staff sign-in. Any member of the course’s team can log, edit, and close issues, and course admins manage who is on the team.

New issues are pinned on the 3D course in a desktop browser. On a phone, the issues on a hole can be read.

It tracks what is wrong on the course and who has it. It is not a labor, equipment, or inventory system, and it works alongside whichever one you use.

05Common questions

Questions about course issue tracking.

A position on the 3D course, a title and description, a category (such as turf, drainage, irrigation, or equipment), a priority from low to urgent, an assignee, a due date, photos, and comments.

Yes. Each issue has an assignee and a due date, and the board has an overdue view and a filter for your own issues.

Yes. The board exports to CSV, and a punch list can be printed for a hole.

On a phone, the issues on a hole can be read. Pinning a new issue on the 3D course is done in a desktop browser.

No. It tracks course issues by location: what is wrong, where, how urgent, and who has it. It does not manage labor, equipment hours, or inventory.

Course staff only. Issues sit behind sign-in, with roles the club controls. Golfers and website visitors do not see them.

Book a demo.

We'll walk you through a live course twin: the staff tools, the golfer experience, and how it sits on a website. Then we map out what your course would involve. Bring your team and decide from there.

  • A live twin in the browser, not a slide deck
  • Issues, terrain layers, and measuring tools on a real course
  • The golfer experience and the website embed

We only use your details to schedule the demo. See our privacy policy.
