Terms of Service

1. The service

Course Correct (“we,” “us”), operated by Elias Immersive, provides interactive 3D course models, an AI caddie, and related tools to golf clubs and their players through coursecorrect.io and per-club subdomains. By using the service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the service through your club, the club’s own rules also apply.

Advice from the caddie is informational. It is generated from course scan data and the details you provide, and it can be wrong. Use your own judgment on the course, follow your club’s rules and any marshal’s instructions, and never text while operating a cart or when it would be unsafe.

2. Text the Pro (SMS program)

Program description. Text the Pro is a conversational SMS service. When you text your club’s Course Correct number, the club’s caddie replies with advice for the hole you are playing. We send messages only in reply to yours. We do not send marketing, promotions, or scheduled messages through this program.

Opt-in. You opt in by texting the club’s number from a mobile number on your Course Correct account and replying YES to the consent message. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency. Varies; it depends on how often you text. A typical round is a handful of exchanges.

Cost. Course Correct does not charge for the program. Message and data rates may apply under your mobile plan.

Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.

Help. Reply HELP to any message, see coursecorrect.io/sms, or email judson@coursecorrect.io.

Carriers. Supported carriers include the major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change or cancel your mobile number, you are responsible for opting out first.

Your messages. Photos and messages you text are used to answer you and to keep the conversation across a round; see the Privacy Policy for retention. Do not text content you do not have the right to share.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. We may suspend accounts used to abuse the service, evade rate limits, or interfere with other users.

4. Content and intellectual property

The course models, scan data, software, and content are owned by Elias Immersive or its licensors and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with the club. You may not copy, scrape, resell, or reverse-engineer them.

5. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elias Immersive is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from reliance on caddie advice, course data, or message delivery. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
